I am confident and comfortable running workshops for people of all ages and abilities. The focus of the workshops is often wellbeing and building skills, but they vary depending on the needs of the environment. The workshops often involve an element of relaxation, learning simple songs, group singing and songwriting. I am encouraging, celebratory and empathetic in my approach in all workshops and can adapt in any work environment.
