I have been leading workshops since 2015.

Current projects:

  • Resident Artist at St George’s Hospital and Queen Mary’s Hospital (Roehampton) with St George’s Hospital Charity (London, 2024 - present)

  • Singing Lead for Breathe AHR’s ‘Melodies for Mums’ programme at Bethlem Royal Hospital (Mother and Baby Unit) and in the community (London, 2024 - present)

  • Songwriting with Educators at NJEA’s annual conference (New Jersey, USA, 2024 - present)

  • Running a 6-week songwriting course for Care Leavers at The Foundling Museum as part of their ‘Tracing Our Tales’ Traineeship (London, Autumn 2025)

  • Part of Breathe AHR’s ‘Songs from Evelina’ project and working as a visiting songwriter at Evelina Children’s Hospital’s Neo-Natal ICU, London (2024 - present)

I am an experienced facilitator, confident and comfortable running workshops for people of all ages and abilities.

Songwriting is the focus of my workshops, plus group singing and percussion.

The focus is on well-being and building skills, and I am encouraging, celebratory and empathetic in my approach in all workshops.

Recent projects:

  • Weekly songwriting workshops with Southwark Music Service

  • Developing and implementing a programme for 7 - 10 year olds to support the development of key literacy skills through music called ‘Tuned In’ at Gwenfo Primary School, South Wales

  • Running wellbeing sing-along sessions for residents with Alzheimer’s and/or Dementia at Sunrise Care Home, Southampton
