Beth Angharad is my solo project where I use my voice, guitar, loop pedal and saxophone alongside other musicians. I draw on my Welsh heritage to perform Welsh folk songs such as ‘Myfanwy’ intertwined with my original material.
Onwards and Upwards
I am currently writing a large project called ‘Onwards and Upwards’ centred around grief.
Grief is universal, timeless and often unbearable. In a time where more people are living with grief than ever after the COVID-19 pandemic, this body of work aims to shed light on the pain of living alongside grief and the impact that community and art can have during this time.
